At StratoVibe, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience.
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested and how they are processed.

1. Refund Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

3. Return Shipping

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Method

At StratoVibe, approved refunds are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Refunds are issued as a non-expiring digital gift card.
Cash, bank, or card refunds are not available.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Timeline

Store credit issued within 7 business days after inspection of returned item.

7. Not Eligible

  • Items outside the 7-day return window

  • Items not in returnable condition

  • Shipping fees & taxes

8. Gift Cards

Credits do not expire and can be used on any future order.

9. Damaged/Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days if your order is defective or incorrect.
